Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your item ships. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization, color matching, or special order requests.

Custom hair pieces, toppers, and hair replacement solutions may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will contact you with an estimated timeline.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, when available
Local Pickup or Salon Pickup: Available by appointment, if offered

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Hot Peony is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been released to the shipping carrier, Hot Peony is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim or contacting the carrier when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Hot Peony may offer shipping within select locations only. International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
