All shipping rates are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout. We currently ship through USPS, and shipping options may vary based on the destination, package weight, and delivery speed selected at checkout.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary for custom, specialty, or made-to-order hair pieces.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Hot Peony is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been accepted by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with tracking information or guidance if an issue arises.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hot Peony is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair extensions, toppers, wigs, and hair replacement products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, picked up, opened, worn, altered, brushed, styled, colored, washed, cut, installed, or removed from its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, customized, installed, or altered hair products.
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue.
Eligible concerns will be reviewed by our team. If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. To protect the quality and integrity of our products, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Custom Order Policy
Custom hair orders, color-matched pieces, specialty toppers, hair replacement solutions, pre-orders, and personalized extension selections are created or sourced specifically for each client.
Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once processing has begun. We recommend confirming all details, including color, length, density, texture, and product type before completing your purchase.
